Your name, email address, phone number, the accommodation you gave us, your dates, and what you booked.

Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. We see the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.

The site sets no advertising cookies, and fonts are served from our own domain. If you accept in the cookie banner, we count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. It tells us, in totals, which pages are read, which site sent the visitor, from which country and on what kind of device. If you decline, it never loads. Also only if you accept, we count on our own site how often a product page is opened, a date is chosen, the book or request button is pressed and a suggestion under “Goes well with it” is tapped – as a plain daily number per category, with nothing about you. Also only if you accept, we note on this device, for 30 days, which site, ad or link brought you here (for example “google” or “google-ads”), and save that label with your booking, so we can see which advertising pays for itself. Nothing else about the visit is kept, and declining deletes it.

The request form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells a person from an automated script. The data is not used for advertising, only for that check.

To carry out the booking you asked for. That is the basis for your name, contact details, dates and accommodation.

To meet Greek tax and accounting obligations, which is why payment records outlive the booking itself.

To count page visits, only if you accept, so we can see which pages answer people’s questions and which do not. You can withdraw that at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

The partner operator fulfilling your booking receives your name, phone number, accommodation and the booking details — what they need to hand the vehicle over. They do not receive your email address or anything about your payment.

Stripe processes the payment. Resend sends the confirmation email. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the booking and, if you accept analytics, counts page visits. OpenFreeMap supplies the map in the guide: your browser loads it from their servers, without cookies. That is the whole list.

Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires.

Enquiries that never became a booking are deleted after twelve months.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it, or object to how we use it. Message us and we deal with it ourselves — there is no ticket queue.

If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, dpa.gr.

If this changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
