Your name, email address, phone number, the accommodation you gave us, your dates, and what you booked.

Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers. We see the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.

The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so opening a page contacts no third party. If we ever add analytics, it will run only for visitors who accept it in the cookie banner.

To carry out the booking you asked for. That is the basis for your name, contact details, dates and accommodation.

To meet Greek tax and accounting obligations, which is why payment records outlive the booking itself.

The partner operator fulfilling your booking receives your name, phone number, accommodation and the booking details — what they need to hand the vehicle over. They do not receive your email address or anything about your payment.

Stripe processes the payment. Resend sends the confirmation email. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the booking. That is the whole list.

Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires.

Enquiries that never became a booking are deleted after twelve months.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it, or object to how we use it. Message us and we deal with it ourselves — there is no ticket queue.

If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, dpa.gr.

If this changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
