Short version: cancel more than 48 hours ahead and you get everything back.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your start date — you get the full 20% back.
Within 48 hours of your start date, the 20% deposit is kept. The remaining 80% is never charged online, so there is nothing else to refund.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email with your booking name and dates. We confirm the same day.
A no-show counts as a late cancellation — the 20% deposit is kept.
