Cancellation policy
Short version: cancel more than 48 hours ahead and you get everything back.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your start date. Whatever was paid online comes back in full.
What goes through your card is 20% of the rental price. The rest, and any extras, are settled in person, when you collect the vehicle or meet your host, so they are never charged here and there is nothing there to refund.
Within 48 hours of your start date, what was paid online is kept.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email with your booking name and dates. We confirm as soon as we can.
A no-show counts as a late cancellation.
